Bible Study

The organized unit of United Methodist Woman shall be a community of women whose PURPOSE is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ. to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.  COME JOIN US!

United Methodist Men shall be a creative, supportive fellowship of men who seek to know Jesus Christ, to grow spirituality and to seek daily his will.

 

The General Commission on Men exists to declare the centrality of Christ in every man's life. Men's ministry leads to the spiritual growth of men and effective discipleship. This purpose is served as men are called to model the servant leadership of Jesus Christ.  COME JOIN US!

The Praise Band

In 2009, a contemporary music group was formed, The JUMC Praise Band.  They perform contemporary Christian music every Saturday evening at our Contemporary Church Services.  COME JOIN US!

Choir

The JUMC choir is led by Eleanor Ott, who has served as Choir

Director since 1984. 

 

The long history and tradition of the JUMC choir continues today with a group of talented and dedicated members, many that have been singing in the group since the early 70’s. 

 

The group performs traditional hymns selected by Eleanor that reflect the Christian season and the service to be performed by our Pastor.  Eleanor and choir perform each week, except over the summer months.
